Updated Workbook is Finally Here!

Hello, Ladies! I’m happy to announce that the updated version of the Finding Wellness: A Journey to Health workbook is finally finished and on Amazon. This has been a three year process of editing and working with Amazon. It’s taken a while, but the changes have been well worth the hard work. There are a lot of wonderful updates like added essentials, tools, tips, and recipes. Some things have been reorganized as well. I think you all will enjoy the changes. We’ve also created a health/food journal that can be used with or without the book.

Thank you to all of you who have been through the class. I have enjoyed getting to work with each of you. I’ve learned a lot over the years from you. Learning how to live healthier longterm is a process. That is the goal of the program – consistently making the next healthy choice over time until it becomes a habit. It really is a journey, and it takes lots of practice.

I hope you all are still on your health journey – as am I. Stay tuned, because I am planning to launch a class with the updated workbook in January for those who want encouragement to get back on track and for those who have never been through the class before. More information will be coming in a few weeks.
