We want everyone to have access to a healthier life!

Therefore, we have decided to make this class donation-based. Our goal at Next Healthy Choice is to create a ministry where everyone can afford to learn how to live a healthier life. Health coaching can often be too expensive and out of reach for many people, which is why I believe it’s essential for everyone to have access to it.

With that in mind, if you can afford the suggested donation of $195.00 for a 13-week, 1 ½ hour Zoom class, it would be greatly appreciated. However, if that amount is not feasible, please feel free to contribute what you can. If you’d like to try it out first to see if our program is for you, you can also choose to break down the cost and donate weekly. We suggest a donation of $15-20 per session, but again, please pay what you can afford. These donations will help me continue offering classes. Finding Wellness: A Journey to Health Class Description

This is a 13-week online course that will guide you through a step-by-step process of learning how to live a healthier life in the long term. The course consists of an introductory class and twelve group classes, each lasting ninety minutes. In each class, we will cover the following:
  • Health Essentials – these are tools provided in each lesson that you will practice throughout the week and the rest of the program. They are related to food choices, movement, and healthier lifestyle changes.
  • The course is interactive, and you will have the opportunity to ask questions, receive feedback, and engage in various discussions about the material.
  • There will be discussions about reflective questions located within each lesson.
  • We will talk about the contemplative scripture from the lesson.
  • We will go over any research or extra assignments within the lesson.
  • There will be discussions about the assigned weekly health documentary.
  • I will provide instructions on how to make regular recipes healthier with examples.
  • New information for the upcoming lesson, will be provided.
If you are part of the class, you will have the opportunity to be part of a private Facebook group, where you can interact with other participants and Jenna for extra support and interaction. Also, each member of the class will receive personalized attention and support through the Facebook page and during class time.
 
By the end of the program, you will have the knowledge and skills needed to live healthier and be able to navigate the vast amount of wellness information to determine what may work best for you. Plus, you will no longer need fad diets because you will have experienced plenty of opportunities to establish healthier lifestyle habits practically and sustainably.
 
Special classes for private groups, such as churches or a circle of friends, are available.
