A significant component of this faith-based program is that the method toward wellness will be gradual and sustainable - using real food. It is not a quick fix or a six-week plan. Instead, it is learning how to practice living healthy on a daily basis – indefinitely.
During any journey, there will be numerous ups and downs, so it’s important to anticipate and prepare for them. Every week, I provide you with Health Essentials that are designed to be practiced until they become a habit.
